Detailed Product Description

FLOWGROUT SPECIAL is based on processed cement containing fillers and additives. FLOWGROUT SPECIAL supplied as ready to use grout requiring addition of precise quantity of water at site. (3.25 ltr/25 Kg of cement). FLOWGROUT SPECIAL is suitable for heavy rotary and dynamic load equipments. For less than 20mm gap FLOWGROUT EP resin base grout can be used (see separate data sheet for more information). For thickness excess 75 mm cleaned washed 10 mm down aggregates can be incorporated at the ratio of 50 to 100% of the quantity of grout used. Expansion: Controlled expansion occurs in the unset material to ensure that the grout, when cured will continue to occupy its original volume within the confines of the voids in which it was placed.

Water required for 25 Kg bag : Pourable 3.25 litres (0.13 w/p ratio) Flowable 3.75 ; Yield per 25 Kg of grout : 12 litre approximately; Expansion (% vol) : 0.8 to 1.5; Flow at flow consistency (tested as per 4551 P-12, BS : 1980) : 18 to 22 cm. Compressive strength : Average strength (Kg/cm2) at flowable and pourable consistency tested as per BS 1881 : Part 116, 1983.
