PRODUCT
Water reducer cum high performance plasticizer conform to BS-5075 : Part-1 and IS-9103 : 1999, ASTM-C 494 Type A.

USES
Used for M30, M35, M40 grade of concrete work. Used in construction of columns, beams, decks. Mass concreting. Pump concreting.

DESCRIPTION
FAIRCRETE HP is a high performance concrete plasticiser based on modified lignosulphonates. The powerful dispersing action of FAIRCRETE HP can be used to obtain dense, high strength, durable concrete FAIRCRETE HP can be used to get one or combination fo benefits.
(1) AS A WATER REDUCER :- Facilitates reduction of water at rate of 15-20%, without impairing the workability of the mix,
leads to increased strength and durability.
(2) INCREASED WORKABILITY :- Increased plasticity of concrete, thus it flows easily without increase in water & better
compaction is achieved.
(3) ECONOMY :- FAIRCRETE HP facilitates cement reduction to extent of 10%, if water reduction is taken advantage of,
Without impairing the strength and workability. It improve poorly graded concrete mixes having a higher water demand.

TYPICAL PROPERTIES
Colour: Dark Brown ; Chloride content : Nil as per IS 456 & BS 5075 ; Air Entrainment : Less than 1% ; Special gravity : 1.100 + 0.015 ; pH : 7.5 + 0.5 ; Solid content : 32% + 2.5% can be used with all types of portland cement.

DOSAGE
Add most of the mixing water to the concrete mix. Mix FAIRCRETE HP with the balance of mixing water & add to the concrete . The optimum dosage rate should be determined by site trials. The dosage rate is 200ml to 500ml/50 kg cement.

(1) Grade of concrete - M25 (2) Brand & grade of cement - siddhi 53 grad (3) Sand Zone - zone II (4) Cement content : 310kg/m³

DIRECTION FOR USE
DOSAGE : FAIRCRETE LC should be directly added to the mix preferably with the mixing water. The optimum dosage rate should be determined by site trails. The dosage rate is 150 ml to 300 ml per 50 kg. cement for large site jobs, dispensing equipment can be made use of. OVER DOSING : Dosages upto 300 ml/50kg has no deterious effect but above this level retardation will occur and may result in slight strength loss if no water reduction is made.

TYPICAL PROPERTIES
 COLOUR : Brown, CHLORIDE CONTENT : Nil as per IS 456.

COMPATIBILITY
FAIRCRETE LC may be used with all types of Portland cement and high Alumina cement. It can also be used in conjunction with other FAIRMATE Admixtures provided they are added separately to the concrete.

SHELF LIFE
Minimum 24 months ifstored below 50^OC and in original containers stored under shed.

HEALTH & SAFETY
FAIRCRETE LC is non-toxic and ingestion is to be avoided. Any splashes on the skin must be washed with water. If contact with eyes occurs, wash well immediately with water and seek medical advice.
